Confidentiality

As a provider of administrative assistance, we are subject to special confidentiality obligations, especially when supporting seniors and young adults. All information received in the course of our services is treated strictly confidentially.

Cooperation with Specialized Services

If you are already being supported by other specialized services or need help with ADHD or procrastination and consent to cooperation, we may exchange necessary information with them. This only happens with your express written consent.

Document Storage

In the course of our services, we may create and store copies of important documents. These are stored securely and destroyed after the end of support or after the expiry of legal retention periods.
